The Simple Irish Chain Quilt has been exclusively designed by Just Quilting using the Fleur Nouveau range by Makower.
 
This is the simplest form of the classic Irish Chain quilts. Traditionally it was made using only two fabric colours but it also looks wonderful made in scrap fabrics.
 
This quilt can also be made using a Jelly Roll for the chain fabric.
 
This digital pattern includes full instructions to complete the top of this creative, colourful quilt.
 
To make this quilt, you will need:
- 2.80m background fabric
- 1.50m chain fabric (either one colour or 2.5" strips to total 1.50m, 19 strips in total)
- 50cm binding fabric
- 3.80m backing fabric
- Wadding to fit
 
Finished size: approximately 66" x 66"
